We are looking for people who thrive in fast paced environments that enjoy working as a team...and if you know something about cars then that is a huge plus! The Grease Pig has two locations in Fayetteville, AR, and we are locally owned and operated. Because we are locally owned, we will treat you like family...unlike the big corporate chains. Our hours of operation are M-F 8AM - 5PM and Saturday 8AM - Noon, closed on Sunday.

The Grease Pig is unique, because we offer quick oil changes with additional services such as vacuuming floor boards and debris under the hood and on the windshield, as well as cleaning the exterior front and back windows, and setting the proper air pressure in the customer's tires. We also provide a quick 17 point visual inspection to make sure the customer is informed of any safety or pending maintenance issues.

Our process can be easily learned and mastered.

We are open from 8AM - 5PM Monday through Friday, and only open from 8AM - Noon on Saturday. Closed Sunday! We have our hours set to where you can have a full-time job and still enjoy a work / life balance.

Within Oil Change Team, there are many roles you could fit into! The right candidate would be able to experience all of these roles. Bonus and commission are also available, as well as a nice base hourly rate and overtime.

Courtesy Tech - Greets customer and initiates work order, vacuuming, glass cleaning, check air pressure in tires

Hood Tech - Communicates with Pit Tech, performs 17-point inspection, informs customer of any safety / maintenance issues, ensures quality control

Pit Tech - Works under the car, makes sure filter and drain plug are serviced and secured, inspects under the vehicle

Job Qualifications:

Valid Drivers License

Reliable transportation to and from work

Passion for customer service, team environments, working with others

Quick lube experience preferred but not required
