About the Role
As a Senior Finance Partner, you will act as a key strategic advisor to the deal team, shaping financial and commercial decisions that drive profitability, efficiency, and long-term growth. You’ll own the financial strategy across partner selection, deal management, and commercial operations—balancing analytical rigor with strategic foresight. This role requires a seasoned finance professional who can navigate complex stakeholder environments, influence executive decision-making, and translate financial insights into actionable business outcomes.
You’ll report directly to Sarah, a senior leader in the finance team, and collaborate cross-functionally with operations, commercial, and analytics leaders.

What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally in commercial finance, manufacturing, supply chain, or cleanroom environments.
- Strong background in financial modeling, cost analysis, and strategic business partnering.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic decisions.
- Experience managing complex financial projects and negotiations across multiple stakeholders.
- Highly proficient in Excel and financial analytics; experience with BI tools or ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to tailor your message to diverse audiences.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and collaborative remote environment.
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Drive the financial strategy for partner selection, negotiations, and ongoing deal performance.
- Lead financial due diligence and scenario modeling to support high-value commercial decisions.
- Build and refine business cases, translating complex data into clear strategic insights.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, challenging assumptions and influencing outcomes.
Partner Selection & Deal Structuring
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and valuation of potential partners.
- Develop sophisticated deal models reflecting cost structures, price changes, and margin sensitivities.
- Participate in cleanroom negotiations to ensure commercial terms align with strategic goals.
- Evaluate partner performance through financial and operational lenses to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Ongoing Deal & Performance Management
- Oversee ongoing deal governance, performance tracking, and profitability analysis.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and value creation across existing partnerships.
- Lead quarterly financial reviews, forecasts, and variance analyses with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively identify risk and opportunity areas across supply chain and commercial operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with operations, analytics, and supply chain teams to align financial insights with execution.
- Develop frameworks for tracking financial KPIs and cost-to-serve metrics across partners.
- Mentor and guide junior team members as the organization scales.
