In this vital role, you will deliver non-skilled nursing care to our assigned residents, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. • Provide non-skilled nursing care to assigned residents in the skilled nursing center.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Ensure residents’ comfort and safety at all times.
• Observe and report any changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents.
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
