Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) on a PRN basis to join our skilled nursing center in Fayetteville, AR. In this vital role, you will deliver non-skilled nursing care to our assigned residents, helping them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well‑being. New CNA graduates are welcome to apply.

• Provide non‑skilled nursing care to assigned residents in the skilled nursing center.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Ensure residents’ comfort and safety at all times.
• Observe and report any changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents.
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Current CNA certification in the state of Arkansas.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
