- Assist with statewide provider training logistics, including scheduling and materials development
- Provide administrative support and maintain project timelines while coordinating communication with stakeholders
- Collect and enter data on training participation and outcomes, maintaining records for performance reporting
- Organize meetings, webinars, and events related to maternal and infant health initiatives
- Offer general support to Arkansas Center for Women and Infant Health projects and staff as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in health, business, or related field with three (3) years of project coordination or administrative support experience, or HS Diploma with seven (7) years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and coordinating logistics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of maternal health initiatives and ability to analyze program data
- Experience in maternal health or related fields
- Familiarity with grant‑funded project management
- Skills in developing training materials and resources
- Experience with data management and evaluation processes
- Strong networking abilities with internal and external partners
