• Assist with statewide provider training logistics, including scheduling and materials development
• Provide administrative support, maintain project timelines, and coordinate communication with stakeholders
• Collect and manage data on training participation and outcomes for program evaluation
• Organize meetings, webinars, and events to support maternal health initiatives
• Offer general support to the Arkansas Center for Women and Infant Health projects and staff

• Bachelor’s degree in health, business, or related field plus three (3) years of project coordination or administrative support experience, OR a High School Diploma plus seven (7) years of relevant experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in coordinating logistics and managing multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of maternal health initiatives and provider training programs

• Experience in healthcare project coordination or maternal health programs
• Familiarity with data analysis and performance reporting
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• Previous experience in event planning and logistics management
