• Age:
  Must be 18 years or older.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma, GED, or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Clearances:

• Mobility: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (essential for community outings).
• Flexibility:
  Willingness to work weekends or fill‑in shifts as needed.

• Work is performed in the individual's home, community settings, and agency sites.
• Position requires standing, walking, driving, and assisting with personal care.
• May involve physical tasks, lifting, or utilizing mobility‑facilitating equipment.
• May involve navigating challenging behaviors; ASN provides comprehensive, ongoing training and team support to ensure your success and safety.
