Job Duties:

The Team Dynamix Administrator Manager serves as the primary technical administrator and subject matter expert for the university's Team Dynamix platform, supporting IT Service Management (ITSM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) initiatives. This position is responsible for configuring, maintaining, optimizing, and continuously improving the Team Dynamix ecosystem to enhance service delivery across campus.

The role manages day-to-day platform administration including user management, security roles, permissions, service catalogs, forms, workflows, and automation rules; designs and implements custom applications, work spaces, and dashboards to meet departmental requirements; performs regular system maintenance, updates, and supports patches in coordination with vendor release schedules while monitoring system performance and managing integrations with campus systems such as Active Directory, SSO, HR systems, and student information systems;

collaborates with stakeholders to design and implement ITIL-aligned service management processes encompassing incident, request, change, problem, and knowledge management workflows; creates and optimizes project templates, resource pools, and portfolio management structures while building and analyzing service metrics and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities; provides comprehensive training and support to Team Dynamix users across campus through workshops, training materials, user guides, and knowledge base articles while serving as tier 2/3 support for complex platform issues;
