Data Center Technician Lead

Our client, a leader in cloud operations and innovation, is seeking a Data Center Technician Lead to join their team. As a Data Center Technician Lead, you will be part of the Cloud Operations & Innovation department supporting a dynamic team of technicians. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for technology, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Data Center Technician Lead

Location: Fayetteville, GA

Pay Range: $40-$42/hour

• Lead a team of technicians in hardware deployments, diagnostics, and decommissions.
• Provide expert guidance on data center technology processes and ensure compliance with policies.
• Develop task execution strategies and oversee complex infrastructure changes.
• Mentor and train technicians, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Conduct daily safety briefings and promote a proactive safety culture within the team.

• High school diploma or equivalent with basic knowledge of computer hardware.
• 3+ years’ experience supporting IT equipment or related technology.
• 3+ years’ experience directing or supervising others.
• Experience working in a production, mission-critical 24x7x365 data center environment.
• Ability to meet client, company, and/or government security requirements, including background checks and security clearances.
