The starting wage for this position is $25.37/hr or higher. Additional compensation may be offered based on experience and skills.

Workplace
:
Remote – field role requiring travel to policyholder homes. Candidates must reside in the Northern Fayetteville, Arkansas area.

• Conduct virtual and on‑site investigations by visiting policyholders’ residences to assess property damage, determine liability, evaluate loss extent, and negotiate settlements.
• Use claims handling software, a company car, and a laptop to determine damage and write estimates in a paperless environment.
• Evaluate and report potential subrogation opportunities.
• Report incidents involving theft, fraud, or arson to state and industry agencies.
• Perform duties independently, directly impacting management outcomes.
• Act as a company representative in public interactions, maintaining professional demeanor.
• Engage regularly with stakeholders: policyholders, claimants, agents, witnesses, contractors, law enforcement, fraud/ arson investigators, attorneys, medical professionals, and others.
• Use strong customer service skills to negotiate settlements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service experience, preferably in retail.
• Construction or insurance experience desirable.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Computer literate: MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Proficiency with smartphones and applications.
• Eagerness to learn insurance policy coverage.
• Outgoing personality comfortable interacting with diverse individuals.
• Valid driver’s license and bondable. Final candidates subject to Motor Vehicle Record background check; may include company vehicle.

• Climb ladders to inspect roofs; comfortable working on rooftops multiple times per day.
• Work in small, confined spaces (attics, crawlspaces).
• Achieve a minimum passing score on all claims training exams.

• Bending, kneeling, pulling, pushing, sorting, carrying up to 50 lbs., climbing, reaching, standing, walking, seeing.
• Speaking, reading, writing, key‑entering (English).

Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish and English may be eligible for additional pay.
