Associate Attorney

Position Overview

We are looking for an Associate Attorney who is prepared to handle cases independently, with appropriate supervision and support. This role is ideal for a lawyer who wants meaningful courtroom experience, hands‑on client representation, and exposure to multiple practice areas.

• Appear in court on behalf of clients, including hearings, conferences, and trials
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Represent clients directly in civil, criminal, family law, and real estate matters
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff
• Manage assigned caseloads from intake through resolution
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic case analysis

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Arkansas
• Ability to appear in court and handle matters independently
• Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Comfortable working across multiple practice areas
• Professional demeanor and strong client communication skills

• Proficiency with the Spanish language
• Experience in any of the following areas: civil litigation, criminal defense, family law, or real estate
