Compensation$75,000 – $95,000 yearly
Responsibilities- Implement, manage, and maintain all elements of a comprehensive Health and Safety Program.
- Continuously improve employee/facility safety and ensure compliance with OSHA, FMCSA, state regulations.
- Measure and drive continuous improvement of comprehensive Safety Programs through participation and review of internal audits and accident/injury/incident investigations.
- Manage property damage for each location.
- Perform safety audits on each site quarterly.
- Work closely with operations on events and accidents.
- Travel to all sites in Oklahoma and Arkansas.
- Education:
Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or a high school diploma or GED (accredited). (Preferred but not required) - Experience:
Four (4) years of DOT work experience. - Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint is preferred.
- Excellent organization and both verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to manage conflict related to safety or environmental situations.
- Willingness/ability to travel up to all sites in Oklahoma and Arkansas.
