Safety Manager – CARDS

Compensation

$75,000 – $95,000 yearly

Responsibilities
  • Implement, manage, and maintain all elements of a comprehensive Health and Safety Program.
  • Continuously improve employee/facility safety and ensure compliance with OSHA, FMCSA, state regulations.
  • Measure and drive continuous improvement of comprehensive Safety Programs through participation and review of internal audits and accident/injury/incident investigations.
  • Manage property damage for each location.
  • Perform safety audits on each site quarterly.
  • Work closely with operations on events and accidents.
  • Travel to all sites in Oklahoma and Arkansas.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or a high school diploma or GED (accredited). (Preferred but not required)
  • Experience:

    Four (4) years of DOT work experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint is preferred.
  • Excellent organization and both verbal/written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage conflict related to safety or environmental situations.
  • Willingness/ability to travel up to all sites in Oklahoma and Arkansas.
