Base pay range$20.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Our client is seeking skilled and dedicated Final Assemblers to join their team in Fayetteville, AR. As a Warehouse Worker specializing in final assembly, you will be responsible for putting parts and welded sub-assemblies together to produce finished products. This role requires the ability to interpret shop drawings, be mechanically inclined, and have a good working knowledge of machinery, hand tools, and power tools.
Final Assemblers are vital to maintaining our client's commitment to building the highest quality products and exceeding customers’ expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive Instructions:

Accurately follow all instructions and perform tasks regardless of their nature. - Consistently Perform Tasks:
Complete all assignments at a high level of quality and efficiency as directed by your leader. - Set Priorities:
Follow assignment priorities set by your leader and ask for clarification if needed. - Efficiency in Assembly:
Perform each task ultra-efficiently to reduce overall build time. Locate and prepare all necessary parts before starting a build and record time accurately on your timesheet.
6S Training and Application:
- Adhere to 6S Principles:
Apply 6S principles daily to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. - Minimize Clutter:
Eliminate clutter and obsolete items immediately. - Toolbox Management:
Keep the toolbox in close proximity to the work area and ensure all tools are in their designated home positions when not in use. - Neat and Orderly Workspace:
Maintain neatness and orderliness in every toolbox, cabinet, and inventory shelf at all times.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent:
Required for this position. - Previous
Experience:
Experience in assembly or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
