Mon‑Fri 7:00 am – 3:30 pm; overtime as needed.

Steel‑toe boots (required). Jeans and T‑shirt (no inappropriate words or pictures) allowed. All other PPE provided; side shields required if wearing glasses.
Candidate must have experience with inventory management, Microsoft Excel and Word, willingness to learn other programs.
Local travel may be required; vehicles may be driven; MVR required.

- Perform inventory control, receive and process material.
- Operate office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, calculators.
- Maintain accurate material records and stock levels via cycle counts.
- Operate material handling equipment (hand trucks, forklifts, low‑lift trucks, hoists, overhead cranes, etc.).
- Prepare and pack material for shipment or storage, including hazardous material handling under safety procedures.
- Assist supervisor with storage organization, bin and rack arrangement.
- Assist coworkers and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
- Issue material under proper authorization; process and file required records.
- Check received material for quantity; conduct visual inspections for identity, breakage, and condition.
- Initiate and process material receipt and related records.
- Report irregularities and abnormal conditions.
- Identify, sort, and record returned material; separate usable stock from scrap.
- Operate computer terminals and printers supporting a materials management system.
- Prepare and pack material for shipment or storage, including shipping papers and related records.
- Assist supervisor with efficient material storage and location changes.
- Assist in maintaining adequate inventory levels; perform discrepancy adjustments.
- Assist employees of equal or higher classification.
- Perform duties in accordance with company safety rules and regulations.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of one year experience in inventory control, material handling, or warehousing.
- Basic computer skills: inventory management software (e.g., Maximo), Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong working knowledge of logistics related to shipping and inventory relocation.
- Basic math skills and ability to work independently with good communication.
- Physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds; successful completion of the Physical Ability Test (PAT) required.
- Valid state driver’s license; if a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required, the incumbent must obtain it within six months.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment, including motorized forklifts and road vehicles.
