Location: Fayetteville, AR
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts from 6 am - 6 pm or 6 pm - 6 am

Job Duties- Set up and operate assigned production machinery
- Monitor machines throughout the production process and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished product for quality, accuracy, and defects
- Follow production specifications, work instructions, and safety procedures
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report mechanical problems when needed
- Keep machines and the work area clean and organized
- Complete required production and quality documentation
- Work closely with other team members to meet production goals
- Perform basic machine maintenance and other duties as assigned
- Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment.
- Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical documentation.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to monitor equipment for proper operation.
- Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain production standards.
- Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.
- Previous Machine Operator Experience
- Computer Skills and Mechanical Inclination
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
