48forty Solutions is seeking a Pallet Repairer in Fayetteville, AR. This is a piece-rate role where you build and repair wooden pallets from fresh or recycled wood. Pay is $16.00 per hour with two shifts available.
You will assemble pallets with a nail gun, stack finished pallets for forklift operators, and follow all safety procedures to ensure quality and productivity. Requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift about 50 lb, and willingness to work overtime.
