About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and coordinate resident care. This role blends hands‑on nursing with clinical oversight, ensuring quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Assess resident conditions and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely charting
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions
- Respond to clinical emergencies and changes in condition
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility standards
- Active Arkansas RN license
- Strong assessment, leadership, and communication skills
- Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules as needed

Unit Manager (RN)

Position SummaryThe Unit Manager (RN) is a clinical leadership role responsible for overseeing a designated nursing unit, ensuring high‑quality resident care, staff performance, and regulatory compliance. This position plays a key role in mentoring staff and driving clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily clinical operations of assigned unit
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
- Ensure care plans are followed and updated appropriately
- Monitor quality indicators, audits, and clinical outcomes
- Coordinate with physicians, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams
- Address resident and family concerns professionally and promptly
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
- Participate in performance improvement and staff development initiatives
- Active Arkansas RN license
- Previous leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience strongly preferred
