About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and coordinate resident care. This role blends hands‑on nursing with clinical oversight, ensuring quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess resident conditions and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
  • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
  • Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely charting
  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions
  • Respond to clinical emergencies and changes in condition
  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility standards
Qualifications
  • Active Arkansas RN license

Position Summary

The Unit Manager (RN) is a clinical leadership role responsible for overseeing a designated nursing unit, ensuring high‑quality resident care, staff performance, and regulatory compliance. This position plays a key role in mentoring staff and driving clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily clinical operations of assigned unit
  • Supervise, coach, and evaluate nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
  • Ensure care plans are followed and updated appropriately
  • Monitor quality indicators, audits, and clinical outcomes
  • Coordinate with physicians, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications
  • Active Arkansas RN license
  • Previous leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience strongly preferred
