RN) Registered Nurse - Home Health | Fayetteville, Arkansas

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional care in a home health setting. This full-time, 13-week assignment provides a consistent weekday schedule and the chance to make a real difference for patients receiving care at home.

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

• Caseload averages 30 points per week (typically 35 patient visits daily)
• Field-based:
  Travel daily to patient homes within the assigned territory (mileage reimbursement available)

• Conducting comprehensive OASIS assessments and developing individualized plans of care
• Providing skilled nursing interventions such as wound care, medication administration, IV therapy, and chronic disease management
• Monitoring patient progress, detecting changes in condition, and keeping the care team and physicians informed
• Educating patients and their families on disease processes, medications, treatments, and preventive strategies
• Ensuring all documentation is thorough and submitted promptly within the Home Care Home Base (HCHB) system
• Collaborating with physical therapists, occupational therapists, social workers, and home health aides to ensure coordinated patient care
• Participating in interdisciplinary case conferences, staff meetings, and ongoing professional education
• Following regulatory requirements and agency care standards at all times

• Active RN license (state of practice) in good standing
• At least 1 year of recent Home Health experience (field experience strongly preferred)
• Proficiency with Home Care Home Base (HCHB)
• Direct experience with OASIS documentation
• Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and current auto insurance

$2,057 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
