RECAP Ventures is a principal‑led real estate investment firm focused on acquiring multifamily and select commercial assets across high‑growth secondary markets. Our strategy is built on disciplined underwriting, deep local execution, and long‑term value creation. Northwest Arkansas is a core market for us and we are continuing to scale our presence with boots on the ground.

We are seeking a locally based, real‑estate professional to serve as RECAP’s exclusive in‑market broker and a key extension of our operations team. This is a hybrid role that blends brokerage execution on RECAP‑owned and RECAP‑sourced transactions with selective, hands‑on involvement in property‑level operations.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond pure commission‑based brokerage and build a long‑term career inside an owner‑operator platform with several different compensation streams.

• Brokerage Responsibilities:
  • Serve as RECAP Ventures’ designated residential sales broker for assigned dispositions in Northwest Arkansas
  • Lead the full sales process for assigned residential assets, including pricing strategy, BPOs, market positioning, and buyer targeting
  • Prepare and manage listings, marketing materials, and showings to maximize exposure and execution
  • Engage directly with prospective buyers, manage negotiations, and drive transactions to closing
  • Coordinate with title, legal, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient closings
• Property Management and Local Operations Responsibilities:
  • Act as the on‑the‑ground property manager for assigned assets
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations including rent collections, vacancy management, and tenant communication
  • Coordinate unit walks, move‑out inspections, turns, and light renovation oversight as needed
  • Work directly with the bookkeeper on rent rolls, delinquency tracking, and monthly reporting
  • Support leasing strategy, rent setting, and competitive positioning based on local market data
  • Provide regular feedback on property performance, tenant sentiment, and submarket dynamics to the local RECAP leadership team

• Based in Northwest Arkansas with deep familiarity with local submarkets
• Strong understanding of residential real‑estate fundamentals and transactions
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
• Strong communication skills and professional judgment
• Exposure to multifamily or residential property management (Preferred – Not Required)
