As the full‑time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts, ensuring a stellar guest experience, holding down daily store operations, and driving killer sales results. You train, motivate, and celebrate associates while representing AEO’s values and bringing your real self to work.

• A key LOD driving sales by maximizing fitting‑room and sales‑floor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best‑in‑class in‑store experience.
• Motivating and inspiring the team through AEO core values, holding associates accountable to service standards on sales floor and fitting room.
• Recruiting and hiring strong talent to ensure the store is always staffed to meet business needs and developing associates to provide outstanding service and reflect a Guest First culture.
• Setting clear, attainable goals, providing ongoing performance feedback via real‑time coaching, and celebrating outstanding performance.
• Executing and innovating daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards to keep fitting rooms brand‑ready.
• Maintaining store safety and asset protection standards, adhering to AEO policies, and doing the right thing—always.

• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have led teams in a prior retail management role.
• You can multi‑task, have strong attention to detail, and are proficient in priority‐setting and time‑management.
• You possess business acumen.
• You have flexible availability and are ready to work during guest shopping times.
