• Provide a prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions
• Operate the cash register
• Ensure fuel and merchandise are available for customers
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Support the Store Manager in all store operations
• Lead the team to exceed the store’s performance goals and objectives
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned
• Provide backup duties in the absence of management, including daily/monthly paperwork, problem resolution, video review, inventory ordering, product count, equipment maintenance, and new employee training

• Must be 18+ years of age (19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky; 21 in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Utah)
• High school diploma or GED, or at least 6 months of related work experience
• Minimum 3 months of cashier experience
• Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation

Assistant Manager salary range: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour.
Shift Lead salary range: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour.
