• Efficiently sell home, auto, boat, life, etc insurance policies via phone, email, text, and chat
• Analyze customers' insurance needs based on a needs discovery conversation
• Leverage technology to quote insurance coverage with multiple companies to find clients the best fit for their needs
• Clearly explain insurance proposals to clients leveraging a consultative and empathetic approach
• Identify and capitalize on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
• May conduct field visits as necessary
• Work effectively in a collaborative team environment

• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
• Insurance experience is not required, we will reimburse licensing fees (license required before start date) and provide extensive training so you become an insurance sales expert!
• High School Degree or relevant work experience
• 0‑2 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to multitask, strong computer, analytical, decision‑making, time‑management, and organizational skills

• Competitive base salary plus uncapped monthly bonus - $35k base salary
  • 1st year earnings average $51k - $60k
  • 2nd year see average $60k - $70k
  • Years 3+ hitting $75k+ with opportunity for over 10% raise based on performance
