Outside Sales Representative – Northwest Arkansas (NWA)

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our footprint in the booming Northwest Arkansas market (including Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville). If you are a competitive self-starter who loves building relationships and closing deals, we want you on our team.
What We Offer- Competitive Base Salary: $35,000 stable base pay.
- Uncapped Commissions:
Realistic first-year earnings of $100,000+ with no ceiling on what you can make. - Transportation Provided:
Company vehicle and gas card. - Local Territory:
Travel is focused right here in the NWA region—no exhausting long-distance travel. Option to travel to our other markets. - Training & Support:

- Prospect and Close:
Actively scout, pitch, and close new business opportunities across Northwest Arkansas. - Build Relationships:
Cultivate strong, lasting partnerships with local business owners and key decision-makers. - Manage Your Pipeline:
Maintain an organized sales pipeline from initial contact to signed contract. - Hit Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals to maximize your commission checks.

- Communication
Skills:
Ability to confidently pitch to diverse audiences, handle objections, and build instant rapport. - Local Knowledge:
Familiarity with the Northwest Arkansas business landscape is a major plus. - Reliable Transportation: A valid driver’s license.
- Experience:
Previous sales experience (B2B, retail, or hospitality) is preferred, but we will train the right attitude.
