When the time comes to expand our team, a Custom Van Installer will play a key role in turning client visions into reality through expert craftsmanship and high-quality work.

• Install and configure van components such as lighting, audio systems, communication devices, and security features.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Collaborate with the team on complex modifications to achieve top-tier results.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and installation instructions.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
• Adhere to safety standards and industry regulations at all times.
• Conduct final quality checks to meet both company and client expectations.
• Provide occasional technical support to customers.

• Proven experience in vehicle installation or a similar automotive role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, wiring, and electronics.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools, with the ability to adapt quickly.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy components.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Preferred:
  Certification in automotive technology or a related field.
• A strong moral compass and a commitment to doing the right thing, even in challenging situations.

• Status: 1099 Independent Contractor (flexible schedule).
• Pay:
  Up to $45/hour with predetermined hours per project (e.g., a suspension kit installation may be allocated 20 hours).
• Schedule:
  
  Tuesday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility available once established).
