Guardian Firestop Solutions seeks an experienced Traveling Fireproofing Foreman to lead ground operations and run fireproofing projects across the United States. This hands-on foreman role directs production, quality, and safety with crews traveling Monday–Friday and returning home on weekends.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years of fireproofing experience, 2+ years in a lead role, strong onsite project management, and the ability to recruit and develop crew members. Travel will be extensive.
