Software Engineer, Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a motivated individual in a software development position. This role will provide software design, develop, and implement code, debug software and provide software solutions to support Field Agent business operations in a web-based tech stack. The successful candidate will have a keen ability to analyze situational circumstances and find creative ways to solve problems.

• Develop and support web applications.
• Support business process improvement by developing, maintaining and troubleshooting custom integrations and applications.
• Provides technical guidance and assistance.
• Participates in the programming and testing activities related to assigned projects.
• Develops code, tests and debugs software.
• Design, prototype and author code for software components and applications based on functional specification and optimize them for system performance.
• Researches and evaluates software problems and works to resolve issues.
• Work with product owners, and other software engineers to review and qualify business requirements, functional specifications, use‑cases, and test plans.
• Acts as a troubleshooter for a variety of system problems.

• Beginning knowledge of backend technologies supporting a web tech stack including relational databases. Knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Some knowledge of working in a shared code base with Git a plus
• Must have a desire and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to analyze information, investigate and creatively solve problems along with great attention to detail.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with a positive, problem‑solving attitude.
