AWS Engineer

You can write Terraform that works or ELK Stack that lasts; our AWS Engineer role at Kinder Morgan is for engineers who insist on both. Bring metrics-driven Consul and 5 years to Fayetteville, and the return is $77,000 - $105,000, a contract schedule, and influence that grows.

• Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines for faster release cycles
• Guard the Disaster Recovery codebase quality through reviews that teach as much as they catch
• Translate wildly-collaborative business requirements into technical specifications and tasks
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ship features end to end
• Untangle the AWS dependency knots that have slowed Fayetteville releases for months
• Reach into legacy Consul modules and leave them cleaner than you found them

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to learn new technology systems quickly and apply them effectively
• A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for teamwork
• Comfort presenting to an AR-wide audience without a script
• A teammate's instinct to unblock others before yourself
• 5 years that taught you which corners can be cut

Kinder Morgan is a small but data-driven AR company that punches well above its weight in the technology space. We give mid-level hires room to fail small so they can later succeed big on technology work.

Beyond the $77,000 - $105,000 base, Kinder Morgan invests in your growth through paid certifications, conferences, and dedicated learning time.
