If you have experience in automotive parts, inventory control, shipping and receiving, or a similar field, we want to hear from you.

  • Maintain accurate records:
Enter received and issued parts into the inventory system and investigate discrepancies.
  • Support the service team:

  • Provide helpful service:
Answer parts availability questions and help track orders for internal teams and customers.
Qualifications:

What You Bring
  • 1–2 years of experience in parts inventory management, automotive service, or a similar field.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort using inventory software, Microsoft Office, scanners, and printers.
  • Clear communication and a helpful, customer-focused approach.
  • Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently and with a team.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and resolve inventory issues in a busy environment.

Preferred:
Knowledge of automotive parts and experience with dealership management software (DMS). Additional training in inventory control or automotive parts management is a plus.

Work Environment

This is an active role working primarily in our parts storage and warehouse areas, with time spent assisting technicians and customers in the Parts Department. The position involves standing for extended periods and lifting or moving parts weighing up to 50 pounds.

The schedule follows standard dealership hours, with flexibility needed during busy periods and inventory counts.
