Front Office Liaison - Medical Spa

We’re seeking a polished, personable Front Office Liaison to join our upscale cosmetic center in Buckhead. This role is the heartbeat of our patient experience—greeting guests, supporting our providers, and ensuring our front desk runs smoothly each day.

As the first point of contact, you’ll handle a variety of administrative responsibilities including scheduling, patient check‑in/out, phone support, billing assistance, and retail/service sales. You’ll work closely with our clinical and operations teams to keep the day moving seamlessly while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused environment. Strong multitasking and communication skills are essential. Occasional travel to other locations may be required, so flexibility is appreciated.

• Welcome and check in guests with warmth and professionalism
• Manage phones, scheduling, and daily front‑desk workflow
• Support billing, payments, membership and package sales
• Assist patients with skincare product purchases
• Maintain a polished and organized reception area
• Provide administrative support across the organization as needed

• 1+ year of front desk experience in a medical or dental office
• Experience in cosmetic surgery, dermatology, dentistry, or medical spa settings is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
• A friendly, team‑oriented personality

• Full Time: 32‑40 hours per week
• Typical hours: 9 AM – 5 PM
