• Build, manage, and adjust staff schedules with accuracy.
• Track attendance, lateness, call-outs, and early departures.
• Monitor staffing levels to ensure safe and efficient coverage.
• Generate reports on productive and non-productive hours.
• Post monthly schedules and facilitate needed adjustments.
• Coordinate and approve shift trades in collaboration with nursing leadership.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and documentation.
• Partner with HR to support attendance policies.
• Provide timely staffing updates to the DON and Administrator.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience as a Scheduler or Staffing Coordinator (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.
