We are seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator to support a trade partner on a data center construction project in Fayetteville, GA. This short-term, 6-week assignment will focus on high-risk civil scope activities including groundwork, deep foundations, shoring, and excavation. This role is ideal for an early- to mid-career safety professional with hands-on civil construction experience who can provide strong field-level safety support.

• Provide daily on-site EHS support for civil and foundation operations
• Conduct jobsite safety inspections, observations, and audits; track and follow up on corrective actions
• Support implementation of site-specific safety plans, AHAs/JHAs, and client safety requirements
• Monitor and enforce safe work practices related to excavation, shoring, trenching, heavy equipment, and ground improvement activities
• Assist with incident, near-miss, and hazard reporting and support investigations as needed
• Facilitate toolbox talks, daily pre-task planning, and safety orientations for craft personnel
• Partner with field supervision and the GC safety team to maintain compliance with OSHA and project requirements

• 1–3+ years of construction safety experience (civil, groundwork, or foundation work preferred)
• Working knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 construction standards
• OSHA 30 Construction required (OSHA 510, CHST, or Trenching & Excavation training a plus)
• Experience supporting subcontractor safety compliance on active construction sites
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work full-time on site in Fayetteville, GA for the duration of the project

• Duration: 6 weeks
• Schedule: Monday–Saturday
• Hours: Approximately 40–55 hours per week, based on site needs
• Pay Rate: $35–$40 per hour, depending on experience

• Data center or mission-critical construction projects
• Civil construction, deep foundations, shoring systems, and excavation support
• Exposure to high-risk activities such as heavy equipment operations, crane support, MEWPs, and utility work
• Familiarity with digital safety reporting tools and inspection platforms
