Remote position. We are on the hunt for charismatic, outgoing hustlers who are natural-born relationship builders and lead-generating machines. If you can start conversations anywhere and have a vast network and coachable mindset, you could excel in this role with Satori Mortgage.

Are You an Unstoppable, High-Energy Lead Gen Machine? This opportunity seeks people who can source their own leads, connect with others, and close mortgage deals with support from the team.

What to expect
: total support to help you close leads 7 days a week, including nights and weekends. The team believes in helping you dominate the market and achieve strong results.

• Source your own leads and build a broad network.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls, with targets that may scale to 30, 40, or 100 calls per day as needed.
• Visit open houses when appropriate to generate opportunities (the number of visits may vary).
• Operate beyond traditional hours when required, with a focus on performance and closing deals.
• Collaborate with the team and leverage the loan officer ecosystem to originate more loans.

• Energetic, relationship-driven individuals with a proven ability to generate and convert leads.
• Strong networking skills and coachable mindset.
• Willingness to work after hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Commitment to persistence, grit, and meeting or exceeding sales goals in mortgages.
