Position: Female Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Fayetteville, GA
Open Positions: 3
Pay: Up to $30/hr (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
We are seeking female therapists to work with a female client
, providing in-home and community-based ABA services. The ideal candidate is patient, energetic, dependable, and passionate about helping children with autism succeed.
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy based on individualized behavior plans
- Implement ABA strategies (DTT, prompting, reinforcement, etc.)
- Accurately record session data
- Collaborate with your clinical team to support client goals
- Maintain RBT certification and CPR certification
- Ensure safety and professionalism during all sessions
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Must pass a background check
Preferred:
- RBT certification
- Experience working with children or individuals with autism
- Some college or degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
