• Assist with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, ambulation/transfers, dressing/shaving
• Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions
• Accompany patients on errands or medical appointments
• Perform light housekeeping activities
• Provide patient-specific care as instructed by a Right at Home nurse, including hospice support, medication reminders, range of motion exercises, blood glucose monitoring, bed-bound patient care, incontinence care, and use of lifting equipment like gait belts and Hoyer lifts
