Data Center Technician; Levels

Our client is seeking to hire Intermediate and Expert Level Data Center Technicians to support a newly built data center. Our client wants to hire individuals with a passion for technology and cutting edge AI servers! Candidates with hands on experience troubleshooting server hardware are encouraged to apply! Our client has several needs at different work shifts.

Our Data Center Technicians will be responsible for physical upgrades, implementation, optimizations and troubleshooting onsite for the data center. Techs will deploy circuit boards and need to be able to troubleshoot any related issues, run diagnostics, create documentation, etc.

• The Data Center Technician is expected to address customer inquiries via support tickets from inception through resolution with minimal or no supervision.
• Support data center operations and IT systems, network services, business critical processes and procedures to support the delivery of customer products and services.
• Provide technical and operational support, including as it relates to colocation, connectivity, and network products and services.
• Support internal networks, IT infrastructure, computers, electronics, and telephone systems.
• Replace server components as needed.

• Experience Level: Intermediate and Expert Level (Minimum of 1-2 years of Data Center experience).
