Data Center Technician

* Job Description:

* Team will be handling troubleshooting of large GPU deployments inside of a hyperscale enterprise DC environment in Fayetteville, Georgia.

* Roles and Requirements:
* - DCT Leads
: 5+ years of dedicated DC experience and 2+ years of experience leading teams of data center technicians.
- L4 DCTs
: 5+ years of DC experience.
- L3 DCTs
: 3+ years of DC experience.

* Summary:

* The main function of a Data Center Technician is to monitor software to process business, scientific, engineering, and other data according to operating instructions. As a Data Center Technician (DCT), you will demonstrate expertise in standard processes and procedures for preparing, installing, performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, replacing, and decommissioning equipment. You should have a holistic understanding of the functions of, and interactions between, network and server equipment.

You will provide input for suggested modifications to these processes and procedures as needed to improve service quality and efficiency while guiding other technicians.

* Qualifications:

* - 3+ years of DC experience.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Good verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

* Pay and Benefits:

* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $44.00/hr.
