Data Center Technician; Levels

Our client is seeking to hire Intermediate and Expert Level Data Center Technicians to support a newly built data center. Our client wants to hire individuals with a passion for technology and cutting edge AI servers. Candidates with hands on experience troubleshooting server hardware are encouraged to apply. Our client has several needs at different work shifts.

Our Data Center Technicians will be responsible for physical upgrades, implementation, optimizations and troubleshooting onsite for the data center. Techs will deploy circuit boards and need to be able to troubleshoot any related issues, run diagnostics, create documentation, etc.

• Address customer inquiries via support tickets from inception through resolution with minimal or no supervision.
• Support data center operations and IT systems, network services, business critical processes and procedures to support the delivery of customer products and services.
• Provide technical and operational support, including as it relates to colocation, connectivity, and network products and services.
• Support internal networks, IT infrastructure, computers, electronics, and telephone systems.
• Replace server components as needed.

• 1-2 years of Data Center experience.

This is a Contract position based out of Fayetteville, GA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $44.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. This is a fully onsite position in Fayetteville,GA.
