This role supports Arvato’s newest data center services, delivering critical solutions such as high‑security transport, white‑glove delivery, and technical support. Our clients include hyperscale data center operators, high‑tech freight forwarders, co‑location providers, and SaaS companies. As a Technical Services Manager, you will lead a high‑performing, customer‑focused team while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. This role requires strong people leadership, operational oversight, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

You’ll be a key point of contact for clients and will report directly to the Senior Manager for Technical Services. The position is part of an international operations team, with occasional travel required to other regions to foster collaboration and share best practices.

Your Tasks
  • Lead, coach, and develop your team to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Manage day‑to‑day Technical Services operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer service.
  • Monitor and improve team KPIs, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Set team priorities, resolve escalations, and support SOP development and change management.
  • Conduct regular team reviews, performance audits, and client site visits.
  • Collaborate with peers across regions to share and adopt best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and serve as a key escalation point.
  • Report regularly on performance metrics, service quality, and improvement initiatives.
Your Profile
  • Minimum 10 years of logistics or technical services management experience.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage performance.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Experience with operational improvement and cost‑saving initiatives.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems;
    SharePoint experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
