Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
Operations Assistant Manager – Assist in implementing operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Monitor planning and execution of drywall and insulation projects to ensure timely and on-budget completion. Supervise and support supervisors and field staff; schedule work teams based on skills, project type, complexity, and location. Identify areas for process improvement. Maintain relationships with clients. Oversee procurement and management of materials and equipment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Administration, or foreign equivalent. Minimum four years of experience in management within the construction industry, specifically in drywall and insulation services. Must have leadership, technical, analytical, communication, and organizational skills, and be proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Full-time position; $135,866 per year.
