Position SummaryWe’re hiring a Registered Nurse Supervisor for our 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM overnight shift. This role is responsible for overseeing care delivery, assessing and addressing resident needs, and guiding a team of LPNs and CNAs to ensure excellence throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Director of Nursing and Unit Manager with staffing, interviews, hiring, and staff orientation
- Provide strong clinical leadership and ensure consistent, quality nursing care
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs during overnight shifts
- Coordinate and participate in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings
- Collaborate with other disciplines to monitor resident progress and care goals
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards and timely documentation
- Monitor Quality Measure/Quality Indicator (QM/QI) data and lead quality improvement initiatives
- Promote a safe, clean, and supportive overnight care environment
- Help develop and implement education plans to support team growth
- Active RN license in the State of Georgia (LPNs with strong leadership experience may also be considered)
- Prior leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or related healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, collaborative approach to overnight supervision
- 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Overnight Shift)
