CNA DAY CLASSES START MONTHLY

Admission Requirements

• High School graduate and diploma or have satisfied the requirements through the general education development (GED)
• Two (2) Forms of identification, one (1) must have a valid Social Security Card and one (1) must be government issued picture identification () card
• TB (PPD) Skin Test (Available @ SHCS for $25)
• Criminal Background Check (Available at your local Police Department)
• All physicals must be up to date (within 1 year)
• Hepatitis B Vaccine or signed waiver (Vaccine may be obtained at Local health dept. or private physician). Waiver can be signed at school.
