Position: Sales Associate (Full-Time) - Fayette Pavilion, Fayetteville, GA

We are seeking dedicated employees to join our team and ensure our customers have the best experience every time they enter a DTLR store.

Position Summary: The Full-Time Associate assists the store management with daily operations, including providing excellent customer service, driving sales, merchandising, and other duties as assigned. All activities should be performed professionally, courteously, reliably, and with a results-oriented attitude.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Build customer relationships through excellent service, assisting customers in a professional, courteous, and attentive manner. Help identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Display basic fashion and trend knowledge to meet customer needs and promote merchandise while adhering to DTLR standards.
  • Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards the job and company.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in service training and product programs.
  • Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring store issues and minimizing inventory shrinkage.
  • Ensure operational compliance, safety, and business standards are met.
  • Train and support staff in selling and merchandising techniques.
  • Protect against shoplifting and internal theft by following loss prevention policies.
  • Follow proper point of sale procedures, balance cash, and investigate discrepancies.
  • Keep management informed of important developments and issues.
  • Maintain a neat and organized sales environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Work a minimum of 35 hours and up to 40 hours per week.
    • Qualifications:

    Education and Experience:
    • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not necessary.
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    Skills and Knowledge:
    • Excellent command of English for effective communication.
    • Leadership skills and ability to work independently.
    • Flexible availability to meet business needs.
    • Basic fashion knowledge and a desire to work with customers.
    • Teamwork skills and understanding of street lifestyle customers.
    • Willingness to work across multiple stores in the district.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Reliable transportation is required.
