Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Store Manager located in East Point, GA. The Training Store Manager will oversee the day-to‑day management of a bakery location while also serving as a key trainer for new staff and managers. Responsibilities include supervising bakery operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, overseeing inventory and product quality, and meeting sales goals.

The role also involves staff training, mentoring team members, and ensuring all team members adhere to brand standards and operational guidelines.

• Proven leadership and team management skills, including staff motivation, coaching, and conflict resolution
• Experience in retail or food service operations, with knowledge of inventory management and quality control practices
• Strong customer service and communication skills to ensure a positive guest experience
• Training and mentoring experience to effectively onboard and develop new team members
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet operational deadlines
• Ability to create a positive and energetic workplace culture
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Previous experience in a bakery, food service, or hospitality environment is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or a degree in business or hospitality management is an advantage
