Summary
Reliable is seeking an entrepreneurial, experienced B2C Sales Manager to join the team. The B2C Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a dynamic, performance-driven team that aims to provide 5-star service to clients while exceeding sales goals. This role involves leadership, motivation, recruitment, and sales driving, with a focus on inspiring the team to deliver superior customer service, leading to higher lead conversion and client satisfaction.
This position requires full engagement, with 100% of time spent in the office or in the field, actively supporting, coaching, and driving sales performance across a territory from Fayetteville, GA to Macon, GA.
Essential Functions
- Lead, manage, and hold accountable a team of high-performing outside B2C Comfort Specialists, working closely with sales lead generators.
- Set clear direction, expectations, and metrics, including sales activities, reporting, and business process requirements.
- Build upon previous year's contributions.
- Supervise staff, provide constructive feedback, and create performance improvement plans as needed.
- Facilitate weekly sales training and ad-hoc sessions on sales strategies, product knowledge, presentation, follow-up, closing, and process adherence.
- Develop lead generation through various channels, including self-generated leads, technician leads, community events, home shows, and partnerships.
- Monitor sales trends, market dynamics, product performance, and customer preferences to focus sales efforts; assess competitors’ programs.
- Maintain relationships within all areas of the business.
Qualifications
- Possess a Business degree or equivalent work experience.
- Achieved 3-5 years of successful B2C sales leadership against corporate objectives.
- Proven ability to develop and lead sales professionals.
- Full engagement in office and field activities, supporting and coaching the team.
- Ability to attract and retain top talent.
- Strong competitive awareness and coaching skills.
- Ability to introduce initiatives for growth.
- Create alignment between corporate goals and individual objectives.
- High self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel between branches in metro ATL and Macon. Company car provided.
- Valid Driver’s License.
