Experience3+ years of professional sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. Top performers come from luxury sales, pharmaceuticals, high‑end auto, or cellular sales.
What You’ll Do- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers through proactive outreach and follow‑up.
- Guide customers through the entire home‑buying journey—from first visit to contract signing to closing.
- Conduct model home tours and present community features with confidence and clarity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
