Compensation: Lucrative commission-based compensation (successful reps hitting goals earn over $200,000, top performers earn over $300,000!)

Experience: 3+ years of professional sales experience with demonstrated history of success meeting and exceeding quotas and earning commissions. Top performers have come from luxury sales, pharmaceuticals, high-end auto, or cellular sales.

• Build strong relationships with prospective buyers through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Guide customers through the entire home buying journey—from first visit to contract signing to closing.
• Conduct model home tours and present community features with confidence and clarity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

• A competitive mindset and a self-starter attitude—you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays—because that’s when buyers are shopping.
• New home sales experience is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive training for high-potential candidates.
