Job OverviewWalts Landscaping and Lighting is seeking an experienced and organized Foreman to lead our Field Operations team in delivering top‑tier residential landscaping and hardscaping projects. As Foreman, you'll be responsible for jobsite coordination, crew supervision, equipment operation, and client communication. This is a hands‑on leadership role ideal for someone with a deep understanding of hardscape, lighting, and landscape installation who can keep projects on schedule while maintaining a positive and professional jobsite atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise crews in the field, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Interpret plans, delegate tasks, and monitor project progress to ensure adherence to schedules.
- Operate and manage use of hardscape and landscape machinery and tools.
- Communicate daily with team members and clients regarding job expectations, timelines, and updates.
- Ensure quality control throughout all phases of project execution.
- Solve jobsite problems quickly and effectively, making real‑time decisions to keep work flowing.
- Oversee installation of lighting systems, hardscape features (pavers, retaining walls, etc.), and planting.
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in landscaping/hardscaping with proven leadership in the field.
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction, including lighting and machinery operation.
- Ability to read and execute job schedules and work orders.
- Skilled communicator with both crews and clients.
- Reliable, solutions‑oriented, and proactive on the job.
- No specific licenses or certifications required, but hands‑on knowledge is essential.
