Cable Technician Level 2

Job Title: Level 2 Cable Technician

Location: Fayetteville, GA

We are seeking an experienced Level 2 Cable Technician to join a growing team in the commercial low-voltage industry. This role involves installing, terminating, and testing structured cabling systems with minimal supervision, ensuring projects are completed accurately and on time.

• Install, terminate, and test copper and fiber optic cabling systems.
• Perform cable routing, dressing, and labeling according to industry standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and project documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cabling issues independently.
• Assist with rack and patch panel installations.
• Ensure compliance with standards and company quality guidelines.

• 2+ years of experience in structured cabling installation.
• Proficiency in copper and fiber termination and testing.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders or in confined spaces.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

• Experience with commercial environments and large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with cable certification tools.

Contract position based out of Fayetteville, GA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr benefits (subject to eligibility and length of employment) may include:
