Dan Heiman – State Farm Agency is looking for a dependable, professional Part-Time Administrative & Receptionist to join our team in our Fayetteville office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service, administrative, or office experience who enjoys working with people.
- Part-time, in-office position – this is not a remote position
- Monday–Friday
- Approximately 12:00 PM–5:00 PM or 1:00 PM–5:00 PM
- Starting pay: $16/hour+ , depending on experience
- Potential opportunity to transition to full-time in the future
- Vacation and PTO available after 90 days
You will be an important part of the day-to-day customer experience in our State Farm office. Responsibilities may include:
- Greeting and assisting customers in person and by phone
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
- Handling payments, billing questions, and customer information
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Assisting with administrative and office tasks
- Supporting the insurance team with customer follow-up and other daily activities
- Helping create a positive, welcoming experience for our customers
We are seeking someone who has prior customer service, sales, or office experience in a professional business environment.
Relevant experience may include:
- Taking payments or handling billing
- Maintaining customer records
- Direct sales or marketing
- Office administration
- Customer-facing business positions
- An insurance license is not required to start, but the ideal candidate should be willing to obtain a license in the future and interested in learning more about the insurance industry.
- Previous insurance agency experience
- Interest in developing a long-term career in insurance
- Professional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while being a dependable member of a team
