RFLOI FAMPO 2055 MTP AND CMP UPDATE

• Execute the Metropolitan Transportation Planning Lead scope for RFLOI FAMPO 2055 MTP AND CMP UPDATE:
  Lead the 2055 metropolitan transportation plan and congestion management update, alternatives, recommendations, and agency coordination.
• Confirm work-package inputs, constraints, dependencies, stakeholders, milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain the role work plan, required technical or operational work products, estimates, and decision records.
• Execute the assigned activities and coordinate interfaces, reviews, issues, changes, and corrective actions with accountable owners.
• Verify completion against the approved requirements and submit the final deliverables, evidence, handoff, and acceptance record.
• Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
• Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
• Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
• Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations work streams.
• Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escalate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.

• Demonstrated experience performing Metropolitan Transportation Planning Lead responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
• Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
• Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
